Terms and Conditions:
Stark’s Plastics reserves the right to deny and/or refuse any request for quote and to halt work in progress and refund any portion of payment by prorating the amount of work already performed.
We reserve the right forward a quote to our associated vendors for any work we feel is outside our abilities.
We agree to hold tolerance within .125 from the customers dimensions or dimension on any products displayed on our website.
Stark’s Plastics does not sell information gathered by this site or otherwise. Any information is solely for the use of our company and affiliated partners for the purpose of providing the customer with their product or quote. All identifiable information is kept confidential within our company.
A request for quote, purchase, or a payment constitutes and agreement to the following terms:
Purchaser and/or end user has been made aware at time of sale or by email quote or by requested arrangements of our shipping and payment terms. Purchaser and/or end user agrees that Stark’s Plastics will not be held liable for any loss and/or liabilities that may arise from purchase and/or use of its products to the extent that applicable laws allow.
Mounted Units are designed for use on common drywall stud-type construction consisting of ½” drywall. Customer and/or end user understands that mounting instructions have been sent with their display. Any deviation from these instructions my result in damage to the display and contents. Due to various building material of most walls, it is best to verify proper mounting procedures. No warranty or guarantee is expressed or intended with any mounting instructions.
Customers and/end users of Stark’s Plastics custom fabrication agree to give Stark’s Plastics sole rights of use for purposes of sale and or advertising, fabrication and or resale, and likewise for the promotion of our business unless expressly notified as private or in shop use only.
Stark’s Plastics requires a deposit on all orders prior to any fabrication being started. Amount of deposit will be determined at time of quote.
We reserve the right to change any quote given to a customer and/or end user for any of the following reasons:
More than 30 calendar days have passed since the initial quote was given
Shipping rate change
Materials and/or business cost has increase/changed
Previous quote was to low or high
Customer has given different ofr misleading information etc.
Damaged Merchandise and/or Refunds: Claims for lost or damaged merchandise are subject to post office and/or carrier determination. Damaged merchandise deemed not damaged in shipping by one of the above named carriers is subject to a refund and/or replacement at the sole discretion of Stark’s Plastics, after we receive a copy of the inspectors findings. Purchaser understands that shipping quotes given reflect not only the actual cost of shipping, but may include costs of packaging and handling.
It is customer/end users responsibility to use display in a safe and wise manner. Our products are reasonably safe for the average consumer, common risk as with any product should be observed. Our products are not intended as toys for underage children. Acrylic is 10 times more shatter proof than glass of the same thickness, it can be broken or damaged, reasonable care should be used if this happens. Acrylic can have sharp edges that could nick, scratch or cut skin, please use care when handling acrylic items.
Stark’s Plastics reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time without prior notification.
